1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for our Beta waitlist or using the Bridgepoint Therapies platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access the waitlist or platform.
2. Beta Program Eligibility
To be eligible for the Bridgepoint Therapies Beta waitlist, you must be a practicing clinical rehabilitation professional (such as a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist) operating within the United States. We reserve the right to verify credentials and active licensure status at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
The Bridgepoint Therapies platform, including its software, visual assets, layouts, designs, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA and clinical billing compliance codes. You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information when registering.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of our platform.
- Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious code.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Beta waitlist and early access platform are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Bridgepoint Therapies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Beta program.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your eligibility or access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.
