← Specialized Care Routing Hub

For Patient Advocacy Organizations and Rare Disease Foundations

If your organization represents patients living with any of the conditions on our Specialized Care Routing hub, we would rather build the routing standards for your community together with you than write them at a desk and hope. We are pre-platform, pre-network, and asking for your input at exactly the moment when input still shapes the product.

Collaborative Scoping

What partnering with us looks like

1. We map to your published care considerations

Not the other way around. If your organization has already documented what good care looks like, we build our credentialing checklist and our therapist training standards from your documents.

2. We produce co-brandable resources for your community

We will draft one condition-specific one-pager per partner foundation, designed so your organization's brand appears alongside ours, free for you to distribute to newly diagnosed families or referring clinicians.

3. We hold each other honest

We will publish who we've partnered with and what we've built together. If we ever misrepresent that partnership, you have a public record to correct us with.

What We Are Not

  • We are not a provider. We are a platform that connects patients, clinicians, and hospitals.
  • We are not asking for endorsements. We do not solicit endorsements or support before we have earned it.
  • We are not soliciting donors. If a member of your community wants to support what we are building on their own, we welcome that, and we will always make clear we are a for-profit company, not a nonprofit organization.

Would you be willing to shape our routing standards for your community?

If yes, please reach out. If you would like a sample co-brandable one-pager to see what we mean before we schedule anything, we have one drafted for EB and can share it on request.

The clinical considerations described on this page are educational summaries drawn solely from publicly available materials, including the linked advocacy organizations and the peer-reviewed literature. They are not a standard of care. They are not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician evaluating the individual patient. Bridgepoint Therapies is a platform.
